I am a Certified Holistic Life Coach with my Masters in Clinical Counseling. After many years of both private and public sector and working with severe trauma, schizophrenia, addictions I became quickly tired of the "system". I found that in order to move energy and heal deep wounds and restore both mental and physical health there had to be other ways. I always gravitated towards the mind, body, and soul especially as a little girl.
I obtained my undergraduate degree with a Bachelor's in Psychology and moved on after to complete my Master's in Clinical Counseling. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Theraplay, Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique and other modalities.
After becoming tired of insurance companies and the limits I chose a different path and earned my Holistic Life Coach Certification with emphasis on Nutrition and Supplements. I obtained my Biofeedback Certification and have loved working with individuals to heal physical and emotional traumas and triggers.
I continue to engage clients in individual coaching sessions and/or Biofeedback sessions. I look forward to meeting with you to identify your needs and goals. After your assessment we will determine what modalities fit best.
